Sammy the Bull Giovani asked: I’m a 13 yr. old boy who is looking to gain muscle in my biceps, abs, and pecks. Also I do not have any weight equipment so just on your own stuff would be best. Also any activities such as sports and which parts of these sports would be a huge help thanx

i forgot to add that the nearest gym is a half an hour away…..

I SPEAK ONLY THE TRUTH! asked: I want to become bigger meaning stronger. I do not have much equipment only 12 lb dumbbells, pull up bar, and thats about it. What can I do to build muscle? Anything? A workout schedule would be good. Other Info

Crown H asked: I have a whole basketball court to myself in the morning along with a track. NO on ever goes in the park in the morning between eight to ten but me. Chris H asked: I don’t really have much access to any workout equipment other than a couple dumbells and i am looking to get some good workouts mainly for my chest, abs, and back. I do have a pullup bar. also i am a 15 year old guy who plays baseball and i wrestle. any workouts that would help me with these would be great as well… thanks
