How ca i get 6-pack,Pecs, and biceps?

I’m a 13 yr. old boy who is looking to gain muscle in my biceps, abs, and pecks. Also I do not have any weight equipment so just on your own stuff would be best. Also any activities such as sports and which parts of these sports would be a huge help thanx :)
i forgot to add that the nearest gym is a half an hour away…..

what are some good pec workouts i can do at home without weights?
