BoomerangBasketball asked:

The “Pass Back” is a unique Basketball training aid for developing passing accuracy, power and consistency. Used as a “stand alone” pass training device, the “Pass Back” can support up to 4 “rebound frames” permitting it to be used from up to 4 different directions at one time. The “Pass Back” features a lightweight, collapsible support frame for quick and easy set-up and compact storage, yet is sturdy and powerful enough to rebound passed basketballs up to 10 meters (33 feet) back to the user.

What other sport should I take up?

Tuesday, March 30th, 2010
nunya asked:

I am currently boxing a few times a week and really enjoy it. I am trying to get back in shape, better than average shape is where I would like to be. I play basketball once in a great while also. I am looking to take up another sport that is fun, would help with conditioning, and is a good way to meet people, and I dont’ want to have to spend hundreds of dollars on equipment to do it. Any suggestions?

Christine asked:

A manufacturer of golf equipment wishes to estimate the number of left-handed golfers. How large a sample is needed in order to be 95% confident that the sample proportion will not differ from the true proportion by more than 3%? A previous study indicates that the proportion of left-handed golfers is 11%.

With clips appropriated from scientists, politicians, news broadcastings, and popular media, D’Alessandro explores and aims to expose how corporations are maneuvering to convert this critical world resource into a profitable commodity – namely in the form of golf courses. Currently, there are over 32000 golf courses worldwide, over 17000 in the US, and approximately 1137 public and private golf courses are located in California as amongst the leading golf course-congested states in the US. Reports from UN estimate that golf courses consume a staggering 2.5 billion gallons/9.5 billion liters of water DAILY.
